Die Kommunen stehen vor großen Herausforderungen: Um die Attraktivität der Städte für die überwiegend ältere Bevölkerung aufrecht zu erhalten, muss eine Anpassung an deren Bedürfnisse wie z.B. an die ökonomische scenario und an den Gesundheitszustand stattfinden.
